The Pink on Pink is our annual love letter: soft, floral, a little tart, and dressed in the kind of pink that doesn't apologise for itself. The botanicals came together the way the best ideas do — instinct and a bit of indulgence. Pink Lady Apple for sweetness with backbone. THE STORY: A couple of years back, a close friend of Newcastle bartender Bob Lewis made a batch of chilli jam and gave little jars to all her friends for Christmas. When the time came to think about what spirit he'd like to make for his one-year anniversary at Granddad Jack's, he kept coming back to that jar.
