Welcome to Granddad Jack's Craft Distillery ("Granddad Jack's", "we", "us", "our"). Our store is powered by Shopify, but all purchases are made directly with Granddad Jack's Craft Distillery.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

By using our Services, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age (the legal drinking age in Australia). You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account or placing an order, and you're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Products & Availability

We do our best to display products accurately, but colours, appearance, or packaging may vary depending on your screen or device. Product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice, and we may discontinue or limit quantities at our discretion.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase — it's only confirmed once payment is received and we've accepted the order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (for example, due to pricing errors, stock issues, or compliance with liquor laws). Once confirmed, orders may not be cancelled except as permitted under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Purchases are for personal use only and not for resale or export.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in AUD and may differ between our online store and physical venues. Prices may change without notice — the price shown at checkout is final unless there's an obvious error. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, or import duties. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method for all applicable amounts, and confirm you're authorised to use it.

5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Intellectual Property

All names, logos, branding, product designs, text, graphics, and media on our Services are owned by or licensed to Granddad Jack's. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without written permission. All rights reserved.

Our Services may include access to third-party tools or websites, which you use at your own risk. We're not responsible for third-party content or services — please review their terms and policies before engaging with them.

8. Relationship with Shopify

Granddad Jack's is powered by Shopify, which enables us to operate our online store. All transactions are solely between you and Granddad Jack's — Shopify is not responsible for any sales, issues, or liabilities relating to your purchases.

If you share suggestions, reviews, or feedback with us, you grant Granddad Jack's a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for business purposes such as marketing or product improvement.

10. Errors & Omissions

We strive for accuracy, but errors in pricing or product descriptions can occur. We reserve the right to correct these and to cancel or amend any affected orders accordingly.
