Elderflower Liqueur is our 2026 May limited release. Hand-crafted on the Gold Coast across the brief fortnight that wildflower blooms.
Fresh elderflower, de-stemmed by hand because there is no other way. Rested in our Penny Vodka. Finished with fresh lemon and a touch of local honey. Soft, floral, beautifully bright, and built around a season that doesn’t hang around.
Pour it over ice with sparkling apple. Shake it into a margarita. Open it for the long lunch.
One hundred and ninety-one bottles. When they’re gone, so is the flower. We’re not making another batch. The flowers won’t let us.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Honey blossom and a flicker of fresh passionfruit. Underneath, the elderflower itself: warm, soft, slightly green, the smell of a flower that doesn’t hang around for very long.
Palate: Rounded sweetness arrives first. Honey, then the floral lift of the elderflower. A bright zing of fresh lemon peel and juice cuts through the centre and refuses to let it turn syrupy.
Finish: Citrus closes it cleanly. The floral hangs around longer than you’d expect. The way good company does.

The Pink on Pink Gin 2026 is our annual seasonal release crafted in honour of the women who shape us, back us, and keep us in line when we need it most. Soft, floral and citrus-driven, with a natural pink hue that comes straight from the pomegranate. No shortcuts and no colouring.
This year's batch is infused with Pink Lady Apples, Watermelon, Strawberries, Rhubarb, Pomegranate, Pink Grapefruit, and a solid backbone of Juniper. Balanced between sweet and tart, it's dangerously easy drinking.

TASTING NOTES
Nose: Fresh and floral. Ripe strawberry and watermelon drift in first, followed by a lifted pink grapefruit citrus note. Soft rhubarb adds gentle tartness underneath.
Palate: Rounded and beautifully balanced. Pink Lady Apple leads with natural sweetness, met by juicy watermelon and a streak of rhubarb that keeps things lively. Pomegranate adds depth mid-palate, with juniper grounding the whole thing.
Finish: Clean, softly sweet, with a lingering citrus warmth and a faint floral trail.

The Lewis Special is what happens when a jar of homemade chilli jam gets passed around between friends, and one of them just so happens to work at a distillery.
This is a fruit-forward vodka built around sweet heat, bright citrus and tropical softness. It warms gently rather than burns — welcoming both spice lovers and the spice-curious alike. Just as comfortable poured simply with soda and lime as it is shaken into refreshing citrus cocktails.
THE STORY:
A couple of years back, a close friend of Newcastle bartender Bob Lewis made a batch of chilli jam and gave little jars to all her friends for Christmas. Using chillies from their Granddad's garden and their own backyard harvest, they made the most incredible jam. Toasties, spaghetti, even cheesecake — Bob tried that jam on everything.
When the time came to think about what spirit he'd like to make for his one-year anniversary at Granddad Jack's, he kept coming back to that jar. Not just because it tasted amazing, but because of what it represented — sharing something made with care between friends.
The friend who made that jam just so happens to share the same last name as Bob. So, in honour of her — this is The Lewis Special.

TASTING NOTES
Nose: Velvety strawberry rises first, wrapped in bright lime zest and a flicker of chilli warmth. Vanilla sits quietly underneath, smooth and composed.
Palate: Zesty lemon and lime open the palate before a ginger-like bite and native pepperberry warmth build through the middle. Strawberry and vanilla soften the spice before mango and coconut add a round tropical sweetness.
Finish: Lingering warmth that builds slowly rather than burns. Sweet meets spice, with both hanging around just long enough to invite the next sip.

This is a full-throttle flavour drop inspired by a classic Aussie combo — chocolate and cherry — taken all the way. No nostalgia for nostalgia’s sake. Just indulgence, earned.

THE STORY: We rescued 25kg of perfectly imperfect cherries through Farmers Pick and layered them into a rich, chocolate-forward liqueur built for depth, texture and impact.
Dark chocolate malt delivers that deep, malty cocoa character. Coconut oil brings body and weight. Everything is finished with a house-made reduction of vanilla, coconut and cherry to pull it together.
The result is dangerously easy to drink, unapologetically indulgent and designed to linger. This isn’t destruction. It’s commitment.

Yuzucello 2025

This Granddad Jack’s limited-release liqueur is our twist on the traditional Italian Limoncello. Returning by popular demand and thanks to a good growing season, we introduce our fifth batch of Yuzucello. Shipping from Thursday the 31st of July 2025
Made with Yuzu, a unique citrus fruit, originally from China but now popular in Japanese cuisine. The Yuzu has a beautiful lemony, mandarin, and bergamot flavour. We were lucky to source ours locally from Buck's Farm, located in the heart of the Tweed Valley.
Buck's Farm has been operated for over 40 years by Gerard ‘Buck’ Buchanan, a passionate farmer and all-around good bloke who was the first commercial grower in Australia.
We hand-picked a couple of hundred Yuzus and, once back at the distillery, got peeling! The fresh peels sat for several days, macerating with our Penny Vodka. Then the infused spirit was sweetened with a hint of sugar and just the right amount of fresh Yuzu juice to bring out a brilliant tang.
The resulting liqueur has a delicious combination of the tangy and sweet Yuzu goodness, making it perfect for a summer cocktail or as an aperitif or digestif after a night of good food and wine.
When enjoying Yuzucello straight, serve chilled (but not over ice), with soda or a scoop of coconut ice cream to really savour the flavours.

Introducing Berry Good Blackberry and Mulberry Liqueur. This Crème de Mûre is our newest limited release and quite possibly your new guilty pleasure.
Crafted with ripe mulberries and blackberries, blended into a deep syrup, softened with coconut vodka, and rounded with Witches Falls Syrah, this liqueur offers layers of sweet red fruit, creamy coconut, and a port-like richness that lingers beautifully.
Think velvety, fruit-forward, and unapologetically decadent. Best enjoyed over ice, with lemonade, tonic or ginger ale. Our Berry Good Liqueur is best when you let the liqueur be the hero. You can also make one our recipes including a apple sour, or a jug to share (if you want to)!
