Introducing Berry Good Blackberry and Mulberry Liqueur. This Crème de Mûre is our newest limited release and quite possibly your new guilty pleasure. Crafted with ripe mulberries and blackberries, blended into a deep syrup, softened with coconut vodka, and rounded with Witches Falls Syrah, this liqueur offers layers of sweet red fruit, creamy coconut, and a port-like richness that lingers beautifully. Think velvety, fruit-forward, and unapologetically decadent. Best enjoyed over ice, with lemonade, tonic or ginger ale. Our Berry Good Liqueur is best when you let the liqueur be the hero. Our Apple Pie Moonshine is back after a 9-month Nanna nap in a rum-soaked barrel.   First dropped in 2019 and snatched up in a single weekend, this delicious little release caused more mischief than a midnight pie heist. We’ve brought it back one last time, with all the warm, buttery goodness you remember, but this time, it’s had a 9-month Nanna nap in a rum-soaked American oak barrel. So yeah... it’s older, wiser, and even smoother than our previous release. Crafted with our legendary homemade recipe of Royal Gala Apples, Cloudy Apple Juice, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Brown Sugar and Shortbread Biscuits, our barrel-aged Apple Pie Moonshine is a nod to how it was done in the 1800s, ensuring every sip is a journey back to the heart of prohibition-era moonshining. Because why just eat apple pie when you can drink it? Apricot Brandy $95.00
INTRODUCING OUR JUNE RELEASE, APRICOT BRANDY! We took local Verdelho wine grapes from Witches Falls Winery and gave them the good ol’ foot stomp! The grapes were pressed, fermented into wine, and distilled into, what we now called, Foot Stomp Brandy. Then, after two years ageing in a 20L American Oak barrel from our very first bourbon run, we soaked the brandy with dried apricots and blended it with our house-made apricot nectar. The result? A rich, juicy Apricot Brandy Liqueur with sweet dried fruit on the nose, soft oak through the palate, and a smooth, lingering finish. But what even is brandy? It’s wine’s stronger, sexier cousin, distilled from fermented fruit and aged to perfection. Think warm hugs, soft spice, and fruity richness in every sip. We just made it better (and hazier) with a hit of apricot liqueur magic. This one’s for sipping over ice, with lemonade or straight from the bottle (we don’t judge, that’s the way Nicky drinks it). Yuzucello 2025 $95.00
This Granddad Jack’s limited-release liqueur is our twist on the traditional Italian Limoncello. Returning by popular demand and thanks to a good growing season, we introduce our fifth batch of Yuzucello. Shipping from Thursday the 31st of July 2025 Made with Yuzu, a unique citrus fruit, originally from China but now popular in Japanese cuisine. The Yuzu has a beautiful lemony, mandarin, and bergamot flavour. We were lucky to source ours locally from Buck's Farm, located in the heart of the Tweed Valley. Buck's Farm has been operated for over 40 years by Gerard ‘Buck’ Buchanan, a passionate farmer and all-around good bloke who was the first commercial grower in Australia. We hand-picked a couple of hundred Yuzus and, once back at the distillery, got peeling! The fresh peels sat for several days, macerating with our Penny Vodka. Then the infused spirit was sweetened with a hint of sugar and just the right amount of fresh Yuzu juice to bring out a brilliant tang. The resulting liqueur has a delicious combination of the tangy and sweet Yuzu goodness, making it perfect for a summer cocktail or as an aperitif or digestif after a night of good food and wine. When enjoying Yuzucello straight, serve chilled (but not over ice), with soda or a scoop of coconut ice cream to really savour the flavours.  ABV: 25% Size: 500ml Tasting Notes:Nose: Sweet and citrus, yuzu forward. Hazy Coconut Gin $95.00
Hazy Coconut Gin is the result of our passion for creating unforgettable experiences and making all our customers especially our biggest supporters feel like they’re at home. This Limited release was created by macerating juniper, coconut oil, coconut flakes, and lime peel in the still for 24 hours, creating a smooth, zesty base with a vibrant citrus boost. During distillation, we supercharged the gin basket with toasted coconut, adding a sweet nose and light caramelisation. To finish, we incorporated a reduction of coconut water, amplifying the coconut flavour and creating its signature hazy appearance. The result? A velvety, extra-smooth gin with creamy coconut, a touch of lime zest, and a dry hint of juniper. Perfect for all coconut loving cocktails or as an easy serve with Pineapple Juice, this unconventional gin delivers tropical vibes in every sip. So how did Hazy Coconut Gin come about? It’s actually the brainchild of one of our biggest fans! Mr Matt. A supporter from day one and an active part of our community on multiple fronts.  Luke was told one day that Matt’s big 40th Birthday was coming up and what a better way to show him some love than to create his dream gin. Hunter's Mulumbinba Vodka $95.00
Introducing Hunter's Mulumbinba Vodka. "Yaama, This spirit came about as I wanted a way to share the stories of both my childhood and culture. I’ve used mulberries, oranges and mandarins as the main flavour base, these remind me of fond memories of my adolescence from getting my hands stained purple picking and eating mulberries with my cousins to inhaling oranges during halftime every Saturday." ('Yaama') means hello in many Aboriginal dialects around Australia). Tasting these always bring me back to a place of sun scorched days and spending time with friends and family. The botanicals which I have used were chosen not only as they taste great but also because they have been used in medicine forever in Australia. Myrtle is a potent tonic for cold and flu symptoms and pepper berry is a popular seasoning for food and helps to fight infection. Mulumbinba is a fresh, citrusy spirit with a beautiful earthy undertone backed up by some bitter sweet notes. Introducing Alba’s Staff Release 'Sangria Aperitif'.  In Spain everything revolves around food and drink. It’s at the heart of who we are. Saturday with family means vermouth and appetisers on a bar terrace. Sunday with friends calls for sangria and paella in the backyard. Fair season with old mates is all about rebujito and tapas wherever there is room to order and eat. With my staff release I want to bring my favourite Spanish tradition to Australia: sharing life’s simple joys with the people I love, over great food and good drinks. My homeland has taught me that you don’t need special occasions or grand plans to come together. This Granddad Jack’s staff release is for Kailani Hubbard, or best known by her GJ’s family as Kikki. One of the friendliest faces you’ll see around our Gold Coast tasting room, and Queen of creating some of our favourite weekly cocktails. To celebrate her one year, Kikki has created a release that’s as elegant and cheeky as her, combining her love for Umeshu, a Japanese Plum Wine and her passion and talent for ballet. Always smiling and cracking a joke, Kikki has been an incredibly valuable crew member here and we’re stoked to be able to showcase her release and share her story with you through this unique spirit. “From before I could walk, I was dancing, not well but I was. I love the artistry, the athleticism, the elegance, and the structure of ballet. I love how my studio’s wooden floors smelt after a long day of class, having fresh oranges during my concert intervals, and indulging in the dreamiest vanilla slice at the theatre before watching a show. These memories are carefully contained within the flavours of this release! One of the first-ever ballet shows I saw was The Nutcracker, an absolute cult favourite. I used to go during the holidays with my mum, Miss Caroline (my teacher) and Audrey (my dancing little sister). I always looked forward to watching the ‘Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy’, because she always wore the most beautiful tutu and danced to the best song in the show. I truly would dream about dancing like this one day, and thanks to the beautiful people in my life, I got to dance all the time with motivation stemming from the Sugar Plum Fairy; she is a huge reason why I continued to dance for years. So, I really wanted to make a homage to the character through my release. Ironically one of my favourite drinks to have is Plum Wine, a beautiful Japanese liquor known as Umeshu. In an abstract way, I think ballet and Umeshu share similar characteristics such as elegance, balance, and sometimes a bit of tartness, which I wanted to emulate through my release. This doesn’t really mean cheers, but have it in good ballerina spirit, chookas! Nose: Sweet zest citrus, cut through with floral perfumed notes and a hint of dry, tartness and herbaceous salty hints. Palate: Sweet fleshy orange, with slight hints of tarty Kakadu, notes of perfumed dry lavender and floral jasmine petals, accentuated and rounded by the saltbush and mellowed through a long-lasting mouthfeel provided by the Ume plum sugar. Ingredients:  Lavender, Orange Peel & Flesh, Salt Bush, Vanilla Beans, Kakadu Plums, Ume Plum, Jasmine Buds Serving Suggestion: Best on the rocks, or chilled (not at room temp),  with a lime wedge, or add soda water and mint for a refreshing afternoon drink. Granddad Jack’s Piña Colada Gin is a limited edition nod to everyone’s favourite beach side cocktail. We’ve put our own gin-spin on this release, while incorporating a tropical conga line of traditional Piña Colada flavours. Coconut Cream, Pineapple, Coconut, Coconut Cookies, Molasses and Juniper are perfectly balanced, creating a naturally sweet, creamy and slightly cloudy character that will have your taste buds doing the limbo. At a smooth 40% proof, this gin is just right for mixing up your go-to Piña Colada or for a laid-back, on-the-rocks experience, ideally with your toes in the sand. Rum Division Single Barrel $295.00
This release is our very first Rum. Housed in our SE Qld barrel room in sub-tropical environments and aged for 2 years and 1 month in a 50L medium char American Oak barrel, this single barrel rum release was made from a pre-maturation blend of distilled molasses (74%) and unrefined cane sugar, known as distilled panela (26%). This blend created the perfect balance of light and grassy notes and bold and bitter notes from the molasses.  During the ageing process, 39% of the total starting volume was shared with the angels, resulting in a concentrated mixture of barrel spice and sweet rum. Reduced to 43% ABV, there are only 96 bottles available.   Nose: American Whiskey, Toffee Apple, Stewed Fruit, Nutmeg and Clove Palate: Smooth Vanilla, Cinnamon, Golden Crust of an Apple Pie Packaging: Hand packed by us, each bottle is individually wrapped and waxed with the pieces you need to find our hidden treasure. Then, your bottle is carefully packed into a handcrafted leather pouch that can be cherished for years to come and reused often. The Gold Coast Tasting Room limited-release Milo Spirit is the second limited release in the Granddad Jack’s Nostalgia Project. This release is our take on the well-known Aussie staple, Milo. Made with Milo Powder, Malt Extract, Manuka Honey, Milo Cereal and Vanilla Beans, this liquid is surprisingly clear but incredibly moreish and a straight drop of liquid nostalgia. If you grew up in Australia or had any good mate bring you back a true Aussie souvenir from their travels, you’ll know the chocolaty malty goodness we’re talking about and why we had to make this spirit happen.
