Shipping Policy

Granddad Jack's Craft Distillery ships handcrafted spirits Australia-wide from our distillery in Miami, Queensland.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders placed before 2pm AEST are dispatched the next business day. During promotions, campaign weeks, and limited release periods, allow 3–5 business days for dispatch.

Estimated delivery times vary by location: 1–7 business days for metro areas, up to 14 business days for regional areas, and 7–10 business days for remote areas. We can't guarantee exact delivery dates as courier delays may occur outside our control.

Age verification

You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol. Some couriers may require photo ID on delivery to confirm the recipient is 18+. If no one over 18 is available at the time of delivery, the parcel will be held for re-delivery or pickup from a local depot.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available from our Gold Coast Distillery (Miami) and Granddad's Bar (Newcastle). Photo ID may be required on pickup to verify age. Orders are held for 14 days. After that, the order is refunded and the items are restocked.

Shipping costs

Free Standard Shipping on Australian orders over $150. Free Express Shipping on Australian orders over $250. Standard and Express shipping options are available at checkout on all orders.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact warehouse@granddadjacks.com within 24 hours of delivery, including a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or credit.
