The botanicals came together the way the best ideas do — instinct and a bit of indulgence. Pink Lady Apple for sweetness with backbone. THE STORY: We rescued 25kg of perfectly imperfect cherries through Farmers Pick and layered them into a rich, chocolate-forward liqueur built for depth, texture and impact. Dark chocolate malt delivers that deep, malty cocoa character. Coconut oil brings body and weight. Everything is finished with a house-made reduction of vanilla, coconut and cherry to pull it together. The result is dangerously easy to drink, unapologetically indulgent and designed to linger. This isn’t destruction. It’s commitment.
