Once a year, we put down the usual and make something just for the women in our lives. Not a dedication in the footnotes — a full bottle, from scratch, in their honour. The Pink on Pink is our annual love letter: soft, floral, a little tart, and dressed in the kind of pink that doesn't apologise for itself.
The botanicals came together the way the best ideas do — instinct and a bit of indulgence. Pink Lady Apple for sweetness with backbone. Watermelon and Strawberry for the kind of freshness that hits on a warm afternoon. Rhubarb to keep it honest. Pomegranate for depth. Pink Grapefruit for the citrus lift that ties it all together. And through it all, plenty of Juniper, because this is still a gin worth respecting.
It's one release, once a year. When it's gone, it's gone.

TASTING NOTES
Nose: Soft and floral from the first breath. Ripe strawberry and watermelon drift in, followed by a fresh citrus lift from the pink grapefruit. Subtle rhubarb adds a gentle tartness underneath.
Palate: A beautifully balanced sip. Pink Lady Apple leads with a rounded sweetness, supported by juicy watermelon and a streak of rhubarb that keeps things lively. Pomegranate adds richness mid-palate, with juniper holding the whole thing together.
Finish: Clean, softly sweet, with a lingering citrus note and the faintest floral warmth.
