Club 54 Membership – Terms & Conditions
To maintain your Club 54 Membership and enjoy exclusive benefits, you must agree to the following Terms & Conditions. By joining Club 54, you commit to upholding the legacy of Granddad Jack’s and our community of spirit lovers.
1. Eligibility
- Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
2. Membership Fees & Structure
- The annual membership fee is $250 per shelf, which includes benefits for two registered members.
- One additional member may be added for $125 per person, per year (maximum three members per shelf).
- Membership must be renewed annually to retain access and shelf rights.
- All memberships automatically renew on 1 July each year.
3. Limited Release Subscription
- All members are automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription to secure guaranteed access to Limited Releases.
- The subscription is billed at $90 per month. Members may skip up to three (3) times per year.
- Whiskey releases are excluded from the subscription and must be purchased separately.
- If the subscription is cancelled or skipped more than three (3) times in a membership year, the member will forfeit their shelf and Club 54 membership.
4. Shelf Maintenance
- Your shelf must always contain one of our Limited Release spirits and must not remain empty for more than seven (7) days.
- If a shelf remains empty beyond this period, it may be reallocated to someone on the waitlist.
- Members are responsible for restocking their own shelves.
5. Shelf Ownership & Access
- A Club 54 Passport must be presented when redeeming drinks or purchasing from your shelf.
- Only registered members may access and use the shelf for in-venue drinks or redemptions.
6. Transfer Policy
- Memberships and shelves are non-transferable, except to direct family members during an active membership period.
- All transfers require approval from Granddad Jack’s and must be requested via email, subject to availability on the waitlist.
7. Member Perks
- One complimentary Cocktail of the Month when attending a Limited Release launch weekend.
- Access to one annual Club 54 event, including a complimentary drink on arrival and a curated member experience.
- Complimentary tastings and cocktails are only available while the corresponding Limited Release is in stock.
- All mixers, cocktail ingredients, and garnishes required to enjoy your shelf spirit in-venue are included at no additional cost.
8. Code of Conduct & Fair Use
- Shelves may only be accessed when a registered shelf owner is present.
- Misuse or repeated breaches of these Terms may result in membership suspension or cancellation.
- Pre-release access codes are strictly for members and must not be shared.
9. Communications
- By joining Club 54, you consent to receive updates via email and SMS regarding events, offers, and membership-related news.
10. Termination & Renewal
- Membership is valid for 12 months from activation.
- Memberships automatically renew on 1 July each year.
- Membership fees are non-refundable.
- Cancelling your annual membership prevents renewal for the following year but does not automatically cancel your monthly Limited Release subscription. Members remain responsible for fulfilling their subscription obligations until the end of their active membership term.
- Granddad Jack’s reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships at any time for breaches of these Terms & Conditions.
