Parking: Street parking can be tight during the day thanks to the surrounding workshops. After 4pm it usually opens up.
For quick pickups, you’re welcome to pull into our driveway briefly, or give us a call and we’ll meet you out the front.

Parking: Right in the heart of the city, so it can take a minute. There’s paid street parking out front when available, plus surrounding city blocks. Worth allowing a little extra time.

What to Bring
Bring your order confirmation email. It’s the quickest way for us to locate your order. Photo ID may be required to confirm you’re 18 or over.Sending Someone in Your Place?
No problem. Just reply to your order confirmation email with their name and we’ll leave a note for the team. They’ll need to bring the order email when they collect.How Long Do We Hold Orders?
We’ll hold your order for 14 days from the day it’s ready.After that, the order will be refunded and the items returned to stock.
If you need a little longer, just reply to your order email, we’ll see what we can do.
