Limecello is the result of a first-ever partnership between Granddad Jack’s Craft Distillery and the Crafted Beer Festival. Made for festival-goers, this vibrant spirit was designed to shine in cocktails or on its own.

A Unique Production Process
At Granddad Jack’s, we’re all about creativity. Limecello’s flavour is elevated by lime peel, lime juice, native lemon myrtle, juniper, and even Mr Kipling’s Lemon Bakewell Pie, distilled into the batch for a light pastry note. We also doubled down on lime in our syrup to create this one-of-a-kind liqueur.
