Granddad Jack’s Musk Gin Liqueur pays homage to the classic Australian candy, the Musk Stick. A fan favourite at the local milk bar and school tuckshop, the musk stick brings back the best childhood memories. They could be licked, softened and shaped into stabbing points for jabbing your friends. Yes, you read that right. Didn’t you have the same childhood memory?To make the Musk Gin Liqueur, we dissolved (and ate) a sh*t tonne of musk sticks in a specifically curated gin to create the perfect balance of boozy and fun. After two weeks, the musk sticks had dissolved into the gin, leaving their classic pink colour, and the spirit was filtered to create a consistent mouthfeel throughout the batch.

Bailiff Whiskey Bank Bag & Ledger

In 1932 the Bailiff carried an old school bank note bag to collect the final payment for the farm from the young Granddad Jack. He proudly made payment in full, and the Bailiff stamped Granddad Jack's ledger 'paid'.
As the next chapter of our Bailiff Whiskey begins, we were determined to create a timeless piece that represents Granddad Jack's values and brings another component to the story. So, this year, we embarked on an ambitious project to create another bespoke item to house our premium, small-batch whiskey releases.
In the spirit of Granddad Jack, we've created something to be kept, cherished, and reused long after the bottle is empty.
The making of the Bailiff’s Bank Bag:
The Bailiff's bank note bag was entirely constructed and finished by the skilled hands of Josef Selway, co-owner and talented craftsman behind the boutique workshop Blue & Grae, located in Albion, Brisbane.
This piece was created to represent the old-school bank bag carried by the Bailiff as he approached to collect what was owed on the farm all those years ago. The bag's design and functionality, along with the traditional methods & tools used to craft it, are also a little nod to those from the same era of the story.
Every element has been carefully thought about, from sourcing the finest Australian leather & assembling the components with tarnished hardware to represent the age. The dedication to true craftsmanship & meticulous attention to detail shown by Josef guarantees small-batch, quality pieces every time, each slightly different to the next.
The story behind the ledger:
When Granddad Jack made payment for the farm in full, he had never been prouder. So now, as you join the journey, we mark this moment as you, too, have made payment to the Bailiff. With every drink, we encourage you to celebrate. Share your story & write down in the ledger each time you share a drink and with whom you share it.
Evergreen Feijoa Gin

Fanatical fans of the South American sub-tropical fruit Feijoa (pronounced ‘fee-joe-uh’) will go to great lengths to find & feast on this seasonal fruit, now bottled in Granddad Jack’s limited release Evergreen Feijoa Gin.Feijoa fruit, eaten like a kiwifruit, has a taste that is hard to describe. Some say the centre is a little bit like a mix of strawberry & pineapple & the outer more like a pear, others have said the fruit tastes like a combination of pineapple, guava & sherbet.
In this novel & original gin, Head Distiller Luke has created a smooth taste with a soft, almost creamy texture. Starting with a strong Juniper base, the pallet is then tickled with hints of Green Apple, Toasted Coconut, Honey, Angelica Root & of course, Feijoa.Enjoy & let your own taste buds decide what flavours come through. Best served in our signature cocktail (below) or with light & dry tonic or soda.

Palate: Creamy vanilla and sugary liquorice with meringue hints, followed by crisp kiwi and passionfruit tangy notes. Rounded with sweet cream and fresh fruit, leaving a lingering juniper dry finish.

Piña Colada Gin

Granddad Jack’s Piña Colada Gin is a limited edition nod to everyone’s favourite beach side cocktail. We’ve put our own gin-spin on this release, while incorporating a tropical conga line of traditional Piña Colada flavours. Coconut Cream, Pineapple, Coconut, Coconut Cookies, Molasses and Juniper are perfectly balanced, creating a naturally sweet, creamy and slightly cloudy character that will have your taste buds doing the limbo.
At a smooth 40% proof, this gin is just right for mixing up your go-to Piña Colada or for a laid-back, on-the-rocks experience, ideally with your toes in the sand. Rum Division Spiced

This one-off experimental batch, first blended a Molasses based spirit with a Cane Juice based spirit – in the process, marrying the rich, sweet and woody flavours of the Molasses with the grassy and herbaceous flavours of the Cane Spirit. The blend then spent six months ageing in a small 20L barrel before being infused with spices of cinnamon, vanilla and cardamom.
The barrel had previously been used to age our spice led 65 Miles navy-strength gin where the residual flavours remaining in the barrel worked once again to enhance the character of our very unique ‘Spiced’.
Easily enjoyed over ice with dry ginger ale and a fresh slice of lime.
TASTING NOTES: [Pallet] This spirit is at first light on the tongue, revealing itself on the back pallet with winter spice & sweet grassy notes. Hints of charred oak, gala apple and cinnamon linger for a long finish.
