Luke’s Cocktail of the Week: Seymour Street
“Greenhouse Gin has a greatly accessible flavour profile which will have broad appeal. Lemon Myrtle, a favourite of Australian distilleries, is prominent throughout alongside the grapefruit peel which provides balance of the citrus notes. Rosehip and cucumber give floral and fresh character while the juniper presence is clear and piney. The Granddad Jack's team say that Greenhouse Gin is a favourite with newcomers to gin and it is easy to see why this would be the case. At 37.5% it is very easy drinking and well suited to a sunny summer day, and a good starting point is to garnish your G&T with red grapefruit or cucumber.”
