INTRODUCING OUR JUNE RELEASE, APRICOT BRANDY!
We took local Verdelho wine grapes from Witches Falls Winery and gave them the good ol’ foot stomp! The grapes were pressed, fermented into wine, and distilled into, what we now called, Foot Stomp Brandy. Then, after two years ageing in a 20L American Oak barrel from our very first bourbon run, we soaked the brandy with dried apricots and blended it with our house-made apricot nectar.
The result?
A rich, juicy Apricot Brandy Liqueur with sweet dried fruit on the nose, soft oak through the palate, and a smooth, lingering finish.
But what even is brandy?
It’s wine’s stronger, sexier cousin, distilled from fermented fruit and aged to perfection. Think warm hugs, soft spice, and fruity richness in every sip.
We just made it better (and hazier) with a hit of apricot liqueur magic.
This one’s for sipping over ice, with lemonade or straight from the bottle (we don’t judge, that’s the way Nicky drinks it).

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Sweet dried fruits.... obviously apricots.
Palate: Apricots, followed by slight hints of oak and a brandy base.
