Granddad jacks gold coast distillery & bar
Granddad Jack's is the Gold Coast's first and only craft Gin, Vodka, Whiskey, and Liqueur distillery.
Visit the distillery bar and enjoy cocktails and tastings, or join us for a weekend distillery tour, where you can see our production process up close, or take part in our private distillery experience to make your own bottle of gin with our Head Distiller.
We're open Thursday to Sunday, from 2pm and while walk-ins are welcome, bookings are recommended.
The distillery is both family and dog-friendly. Please note, we focus on what we do best, that is provide the best bar experience for you and your guests. As part of this promise, you get to bring your own food or order in any food of your choice.

Welcome to Granddad Jack's very first Australian Bar Experience, nestled in the heart of Hunter Street, Newcastle. We invite you to sit back, relax, and enjoy our handcrafted spirits in a cosy, home-away-from-home atmosphere.
With limited seating in this intimate city bar, be sure to book your table or try your luck with a walk-in. We're open from Tuesday to Saturday, ready to serve you the perfect drink to unwind.
