He loved the Gold Coast and the people that make the city what it is. This special limited-release gin has been lovingly crafted in honour of ‘Mr Everywhere’, Matt Schneider. Cheers to you, dear boy.
To create this release, our team worked with Matt’s family and friends to craft the perfect gin; a gin that Matt himself would have enthusiastically shared with those close to him, and one that evokes memories of many special times shared with Matt.
Distilled using juniper, wormwood, orrisroot and wattle seed. On the nose this gin is an earthy and warming delight; this translates quite well to the flavours of the gin, with hints of orange, dark chocolate and roasted cereal. This gin isn’t fancy or like drinking a handful of flowers. It’s a complex, bold and masculine gin, worthy of a strong drink in the company of those we cherish, whilst soaking up the sun relaxing by the beach, or sitting around a fire in the mountains behind the sea.
