
‘The Spring Gin’ is a floral, slightly tangy gin made to celebrate and welcome the new season. The incredible bouquet and floral backbone of this gin is led by native Strawberry Gum, grown in the Northern Rivers of NSW near the Queensland border, which produces small, fragrant flowers in spring. The Strawberry Gum has been paired with fig, banana and fresh pear, producing a gin easily mixed into cocktails or simply enjoyed as a fruity, floral G&T.
Tasting Notes: (Palate) Fig and oils from the Strawberry Gum hit the palate first followed by a dry juniper note which finishes with a lasting flavour of dehydrated banana chips. (Nose) Big bold Strawberry Gum with hints of pine.
