CONTRACT DISTILLING PROGRAM
our experience helps you create your own story
At Granddad Jack’s we not only make our own spirits but produce spirits for other brands by working with them to develop award-winning recipe formulations. Whether you are just starting out as a craft distiller and want to avoid all the rookie errors or you want to indulge yourself with your very own small-batch spirit to gift to friends or corporate clients, we’re able to help. We offer a full Contract Distilling Service and can guide you through the entire process including production, bottling, licencing, branding and warehousing/bonded storage. We have lots of happy Contract Distilling stories to share.
THE PROCESS
entirely tailorable to your needs
The big advantage you have by doing our Contract Distilling Program is there is no capital expenditure. You get to understand the distilling and spirits business, design your spirits and get them to market before having to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to build a distillery.

CAULDRON DISTILLERY
Our journey to becoming craft distillers started with an opportune meeting with Dave and Luke. Their passion for their product and brand, and knowledge of the industry allowed us to develop our own dreams of one day opening our own craft distillery – and that dream has now come true! After a few sessions with the team planning and developing our own recipes and completing some small batch contract production runs, we were hooked. We would not have known where to start without Dave and Luke’s advice, not only on product development, but also navigating the complex & challenging regulatory and compliance environment distillers face. It has been a delight & privilege to be mentored by this fine team & look forward to continuing to work with them into the future. Darren, Greg, & Glen Cauldron Distillery, Tamborine Mountain

GJ’s have been key enablers for us getting Winston Quinn up & running. It’s been extremely beneficial and rewarding, learning from Luke and his team - he is skilled, creative, passionate and takes his craft very seriously. He is incredibly easy to work and collaborate with and shares his experience and skill openly. Aside from distilling product, GJ’s experience navigating licensing has been invaluable and saved us lots of (extra) head-ache dealing with the red-tape of the spirits industry. Winston Quinn’s growth has been possible because we have been able to meet demand by distilling in bulk at Granddad Jack’s using their 1,200L still. We are able to scale our business as needed by relying on GJ’s infrastructure and not investing unnecessarily in equipment until it makes sense for our business to take the next step. We’ve built a really honest and genuine working relationship with the crew at GJ’s – a strong foundation for our future. Megan Donskey Owner & Founder, Winston Quinn
