This limited release gin is a worthy companion for a Sunday afternoon spent on Burleigh Hill looking over the ocean towards the Gold Coast skyline (if that image seems like a pipedream to you right now, then allow Granddad Jack’s Sunday Gin to sweeten the reality of a backyard picnic during a lockdown).
Distilling this gin tested our limits of what can be infused by using blue cheese and quince paste along with juniper, vanilla, cinnamon, fresh quince and apples before leaving it to rest with cranberries for a hint of sweetness and beautiful sunset colour.
It has been created as the perfect complement to a cheeseboard shared amongst friends on the famous hill (or in a backyard picnic of course)!
