Great for mixing in cocktails or simply on the rocks with a slice of lime. This subtle 'Not-Quite-Rum' represents the diversity of Granddad Jack's spirits.
Behind the name: Like all delicious rums in the world, GJ's 'Silver' spirit is distilled from sugar cane products. However, in Australia (unlike the rest of the world) for rum to be called a 'rum' it must be aged in a barrel for 2+ years.
We called this spirit 'Silver'... the common name for a non-aged rum.
