Tasting Notes: This release screams 'Bring on Summer' and helps us to maintain our zero-waste goal in the distillery! The delightfully delicious "Bittersweet Aperitif" was created by macerating the fresh orange peel we had left over from a recent distillation (of our 65 Miles Gin, adding black tea, pink peppercorns, liquorice root and mulberries into our award-winning Two Pencils Gin.
Served best with soda & orange.
