Introducing Strawberry Blondie Gin Liqueur, a deliciously sweet concoction created by Tom Lester, Albion Tasting Room Manager, for his first staff release.
Tom drew inspiration from all things sweet and dessert-like, resulting in a gin liqueur that combines the perfect blend of white chocolate, strawberry jam, and fresh strawberries with juniper, buttery macadamia nuts, and vanilla bean. Tom's secret mixture of strawberry and white chocolate was added to the gin before bottling, resulting in a unique and delightful flavour profile perfect for those with a sweet tooth.
"For my release, I wanted to create a gin liqueur that included all of the sweet dessert flavours I love... sometimes a little too much. I drew inspiration from a Strawberry Blondie slice, and being one myself, I saw the opportunity to share a story from when I was growing up. When I was a kid and all through school, I had an aggressive form of red hair (and what do you know, I still do). I was never a big fan of this, so whenever someone commented on my red hair, true to my self-deprecating nature, I would quickly correct them and confidently remind them that it was 'Strawberry Blonde'. Nobody could make fun of me quite like me. My release is a sweet (but boozy) gin liqueur that's good if you like perfect."

Nose: Rich white chocolate with a sweet touch of strawberry & vanilla, followed by a hint of macadamia.
Palate: Mouth-filling smooth white chocolate to start, followed by the sweetness of strawberry & vanilla with a subtle finish of macadamia & juniper.
Ingredients: White Chocolate, Strawberry Jam, Fresh Strawberries, Juniper, Macadamia Nuts, Vanilla Bean, Strawberry Slice.
