Peated "Not Whiskey"
Each whiskey release is special & can never be reproduced. This one is no different. To celebrate Granddad Jack's 101st birthday we have bottled a very limited release of our first peated Not Whiskey. Only 40 bottles available.
Available for pick up or delivery from Saturday 20th June, while stocks last.
Granddad Jack loved a whiskey and enjoyed one 'neat' everyday. He believed that "all great spirits can be drunk neat" and we made sure this release met those standards.
There were two things in life Granddad Jack didn't like... Stupid People & Stupid Rules.
Stupid Rule #11: In Australia to call a Whiskey, 'Whiskey' it must be aged in a wooden barrel for a minimum of two years. They don't care that our new age thinking & progressive techniques using smaller 20L craft barrels allow us to produce world class whiskey in less time. Until stupid rules are changed, we present our "Not Whiskey".
